Leesam Pty Ltd (ACN 105 180 130) is the operating company of John and Lillian Nagan, Developers of “The Meridian” Boutique Resort, and long time Port Douglas residents for over 20 years.

John is a Registered Builder as well as a Developer, while Lillian is a Solicitor and joint Managing Director of the development company.

John and Lillian successfully completed during November 2003, their development “The Meridian”, Cnr Mowbray & Davidson Streets, Port Douglas. This project comprises fifteen (15) dual key apartments; 3 one bedroom apartments plus an Onsite Managers apartment.
